The 11th Auto Expo 2012, jointly organized by Automotive Component Manufacturers Association (ACMA), Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM), scheduled from 5-11 January 2012 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. Taking place every two years, Auto Expo is an ideal platform for the international automotive industry. There are Around 1500 participants from 23 countries. As many as 13 car makers unveiled their vehicles amid intense international media coverage at the 11th Auto Expo.

10th Auto Expo held in New Delhi from January 5 to 11, 2010 with close to 72 vehicles being launched during the expo. Among these, there were more than 10 global launches comprising passenger vehicles and two-wheelers. The show was organized by the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association, the Confederation of Indian Industry and the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers.
