A hovercraft (air-cushion vehicle, ACV) is a craft capable of travelling over
land, water, mud or ice and other surfaces both at speed and when stationary.
They operate by creating a cushion of high-pressure air between the hull of
the vessel and the surface below. Typically this cushion is contained within
a flexible skirt. It is a single passenger vehicle. Main part of the vehicle
is engine of 148 php, 400 cc imported from Italy, second main part is propellor.
It has fuel tank capacity of 15 litres. Since the project was completed within
a period of 69 days, the vehicle received the name as Hovercraft 69.
