Ameo - 1.2 MPI Comfortline (Petrol)

Volkwagen launches it much awaited Ameo Diesel variant in India at Rs 6.27 Lakh. Ameo comes up with premium looks, leading features and special care on safety. Ameo is available in five diesel variants kitted with a 1.5 litre TDi engine.   Ameo diesel will be equipped with a five-speed manual and seven-speed DSG gearbox transmission making it the most compelling proposition in the segment.. First in this segment, cruise control system offers relaxed driving on highways and long drive. Dual front airbags prevent serious injury to driver and co-passenger in an event of a crash . The Ameo also comes with Rain Sensing Wipers that turn on & adjust their speed automatically. It is having electrically foldable outside rears view mirrors coupled with LED indicator lights.  With launch of Diesel variant, Ameo will make life difficult for its competitors which includes Swift DZire, Honda Amaze, and Tata Zest among others.
