Hero MotorCorp, the world s largest two-wheeler manufacturer, today unveiled three new models-- 110cc Passion X Pro, 110 cc scooter Maestro, and 125cc bike Ignitor. All these products have been launched in the new Hero brand name. The three models will be available in the domestic market over the next few months. However, the company did not disclose prices. The launches that you see today are not just new products, these models reflects the company s intent and vision for the future and a new clear strategy to further consolidate our leadership position, company MD-cum-CEO Pawan Munjal told reporters here. He said the Maestro will be launched in the market during this month, while the other two models will hit the roads later this year. During the year 2011, Hero MotorCorp sold over six million units of two wheelers, the highest by any single manufacturer in the world, Mr Munjal said. Speaking on the occasion, Hero MotoCorp Senior Vice President (Marketing and Sales) Anil Dua said the company is confident of mainting the growth trajectory in the new year. Having just concluded the calendar year 2011 with over six million units sales, we are confident of maintaining the growth trajectory during the new year as well, Mr Dua said.
