|
British luxury car maker Bentley, on Wednesday, launched its super premium sedan Flying Spur in the Indian market at a starting price of Rs 3.10 crore (ex-showroom Delhi). Bentley claims the Flying Spur to be the fastest road-going luxury four door sedan in the world, powered by a 6.0-litre, twin turbo W12 engine. It develops 625 PS and an earth churning 800 Nm of torque, sprinting from 0-100 kph in just 4.6 seconds and on to a top whack of 322kph. All that power is channeled through the transmission to all the four wheels via the all-wheel drive system. With a standard torque split of 60 per cent to the rear wheels and 40 per cent to the front, the Flying Spur has the ability to vary this division up to 85 per cent to the rear axle or 65 per cent to the front depending on available traction. The Bentley also has an independent computer-controlled air suspension which helps absorb almost every bump on the road. Features offered with car
