Car maker Hyundai Motor India Ltd (HMIL) has received good response for its new car Grand i10, with the number of bookings crossing 10,000, the company said Wednesday. Within 20 days of its launch, there have also been 110,000 enquiries, it said.

"Despite the challenging market scenario this quarter, we feel that Grand i10 will continue to generate substantial customer interest and excitement all throughout," Rakesh Srivastava, senior vice president, was quoted as saying in a statement.

Available in diesel and petrol variants, the Grand i10 has rear air condition vents, diamond cut alloy wheels, integrated audio with in-built 1GB memory.

The Grand i10 is the 10th brand in the company's product portfolio.
